Living Spaces *Wiping of all the surfaces, including aircon exterior *Cleaning of window interiors, frames and sill* *Wiping of cabinet interiors and shelves (if empty) *Cleaning of all ceiling fans *Vacuuming and mopping of floor area Kitchen *Wiping of all surfaces (including empty cabinets, sinks, dining tables and tiled walls) *Cleaning of kitchen appliances (exterior of refrigerator, stove, cooker hood and hob) *Disposal and replacement of existing garbage bags *Vacuuming and mopping of floor area Bathrooms *Cleaning of all surfaces (including toilet bowls, bathtub and/or shower area, glass surfaces and mirrors, basin and tap, ventilation fan, floor and drains, wall tiles and door) *Wiping of racks and drawers (if empty) *Disposal and replacement of existing garbage bags Bedrooms *Wiping of all surfaces (including air-con exterior*, window interior, frames and sill, ceiling fans and normal light fixtures, cabinet interiors and exteriors, shelves) *Wiping of racks and drawers (if empty) *Disposal and replacement of existing garbage bags *Vacuuming and mopping of floor area Other Services *Sweeping and mopping of balcony *Wiping of glass windows and metal grilles (if any) *Cleaning of washing machine’s exterior Service does not include *Handyman services (e.g touch up of walls, fixing electricity wiring) *Moving of items and furniture *Disposal of furniture and/or belongings *Wiping of walls and ceilings *Wiping of individual items *Steaming and/or cleaning of curtains/blinds Manpower and Timing *Below 500Sqft - 1 supervisor & 1 cleaner for 2hours *501 - 800Sqft - 1 supervisor & 2 cleaner for 2hours *801 - 1000Sqft - 1 supervisor & 2 cleaner for 3hours *1001 - 1200Sqft - 1 supervisor & 2 cleaner for 4hours *Extension manpower per hour $25 per pax
